Adventure Sips

We walked into this remote café and I turned right. And there he was. For some reason, I had the right lens and got this in the first frame. The light was wonderful.

I imagine the missing person—his wife—has been his adventure partner for 54 years. Maybe they don’t have many big adventures left. But they’ll sit by a fire, wherever they’re from, and talk about that time in Iceland.
